摘　　要：对多套PET装置终聚釜轴封使用寿命进行统计分析,结合轴封的结构特点和工作原理,对轴封的润滑密封油路系统实际工况进行分析后对油路系统进行改进,建立低压大流量的循环油系统,降低温度,延长轴封的使用寿命,以维持装置的稳定运行,并保证产品的品质。Statistical analysis was done on the sen, ice life of many sets of polyester final pnlycondensation reactor shaft seal device. Combinnation with the structure characteristics and working principle of shaft seal,the actual conditions of the shaft seal lubricated seal oil system were analysed and the oil system was improved. The circulating oil systems of low pressure large flow was established,the shaft seal temperature was reduced,the smwice life was prolonged in order to maintain the stable operation of the equipment and ensure the quality of the products.
