摘 要:高通量测序技术(high-throughput sequencing),又称为新一代测序技术(next-generation sequencing,NGS),具有高准确性、高通量、高灵敏度和低运行成本等突出优势。随着高通量测序技术的迅猛发展,科研工作者开始越来越多地应用高通量测序技术来解决各种生物学问题。高通量测序技术的发展同样为检验检疫研究带来了新的思路与方法。本文结合近年来所发表的相关文献,对高通量测序技术在病原物鉴定、新病原物发现、环境中病原物种群鉴定、病原-寄主互作、病原流行与传播以及病原耐药性研究方面的应用做了概述,并展望该技术在检验检疫中的应用前景。High-throughput sequencing, which is also called the next generation sequencing (NGS), is a technology with outstanding advantages such as high accuracy, high throughput, high sensitivity and low cost. With the rapid development of the high-throughput sequencing technology, researchers are increasingly using high- throughput sequencing technology to solve all sorts of biological problems. The development of high-throughput sequencing technology also brings new thoughts and methods for the study in the field of inspection and quarantine. In this paper, combined with related article published in recent years, the application of high-throughput sequencing technology used in the field of pathogen identification, new pathogen discovery, pathogenic community identification in environment, pathogen-host interaction, epidemics and transmission, and antibiotic resistance research is presented. We also prospect the application of this technology in the field of inspection and quarantine.
