摘 要:采用正交试验方法,考察了球红假单胞菌对煤泥水的絮凝效果。研究结果表明,球红假单胞菌对细粒级含量高的煤泥水的絮凝效果显著,絮凝试验的煤泥水絮凝率达到90.3%;絮凝试验的最佳工艺参数如下:菌种培养时间为2 d,助凝剂用量为1 mL,菌液用量为4 mL,絮凝剂的类型为菌体破碎液,pH值为6。红外光谱和扫描电镜测试结果表明,球红假单胞菌生物提取物中含有大量酸性多糖等具有絮凝作用的组分,其絮凝物结构致密,由大量的类球状物质组成,并具有较多的吸附位点等;生物大分子和煤泥水颗粒之间主要是通过"吸附"和"架桥"发生絮凝作用。Rhodopseudomonas spheroides were used to investigate the flocculating effects of coal slurry with orthogonal experiments. The study results indicate that Rhodopseudomonas spheroides have a good effect on flocculating fine coal slurry,the flocculating rate up to 90. 3% in the flocculanting test; the best technology parameters of flocculanting test as following: the culture time is 2 d,coagulant of flocculant is1 mL1,Bacilli volume is 4 mL,the type of flocculant is broken liquid,and the pH value is 6. The result of FTIR and SEM tests show that the biological extract of Rhodopseudomonas spheroides contains a lot of acidic polysaccharides that has the effect of flocculation,the flocculant structure compact,which consist of large number of spheroids,and has much more adsorption sites. The flocculant occurred between the biomacromolecule and fine particle of coal slurry mainly by means of "absorption and bridge"effect.
