摘　　要：简要推导钢梁采用高强螺栓连接节点时,其连接伸臂端的端板厚度计算公式,指出规范存在的问题,阐述规范公式的原理,以及抗震设计满足强连接弱构件要求时,螺栓抗拉承载力应保留的富余度。Briefly derive calculation formula of steel beam about the thickness of the end plate when joint nodes by belt and point out existing problems on technical standard , a clear explanation on design code formula , along with allowance of a margin of the bearing capacity of belt when seismic design meet the requirement on strong constructional elements connected with weak ones.
