摘　　要：当前工程建设市场管理水平越来越高,索赔与反索赔已成为工程项目管理中的一项重要工作,如何做好业主反索赔管理已成为业主项目管理的一大难点。本文分析了业主反索赔的定义及特点,从"预控为先、有理规避"和"主动出击、合理双赢"两方面提出业主反索赔管理的对策与建议,以提高业主反索赔管理水平,促进工程建设市场的健康有序发展。Currently, the construction market is more harder than ever. The construction owner how to make good management of the counter claim is so important than ever. This paper analyzes the definition and characteristics of the owner＇s claim, from the ＂preview first, rational avoidance＂ and ＂proactive, reasonable win - win＂ two aspects put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of owners counter claim management, in order to improve the owner＇s claim management level, promote the healthy and orderly development of the construction market.
