摘　　要：为克服大直径超深冲孔灌注桩的施工难点,本实例对成孔方式改进、钢筋笼稳定性验算、清渣方式选择及混凝土浇捣时间控制等方面进行控制,保质保量的完成了大直径超深冲孔灌注桩的施工,符合设计及规范要求。ZENG Junlin （ Fujian Erjian Construction Group Company Limited, Fuzhou 350000 ） To overcome the difficulty of construction of large diameter super deep bored pile, in this case to carry on the control to the hole forming method improvement, reinforcing cage stability checking, slag cleaning method selection and concrete pouring time control, quality and quantity to complete the construction of large diameter and super deep bored pile, comply with the design and specifications.
