摘　　要：本文针对现有高层建筑中设置的消防电梯在设计、施工、维护管理中存在普遍消防问题进行调查分析,结合消防工作实际,从对消防电梯设计安装和维护管理过程中可能造成的火灾隐患进行分析,提出对策加以防范。This essay investigates and analyzes problems in design, installation and maintenance of fire elevators in high - rise buildings. Starting from hidden dangers triggering fires, it also proposes preventive countermeasures by combining practice in fire control supervision.
