1430例肺结核短程督导化疗结果分析

摘　　要：目的研究短程督导化疗对促进肺结核治疗的意义,对分析其城市患者及农村患者疾病治疗的疗效差异。方法将本地区2010年～2013年共计1 430例肺结核患者纳入短程督导化疗体系,对其进行严格的短程督导化疗,观察其疾病治疗效果。结果共计有1 425例完成规则治疗,占99.7%（1 425/1 430）;规则治疗完成后,治愈1 318例,占92.5%（1 318/1 425）,好转105例,占7.4%,其余2例患者无效,占0.1%。城镇患者与农村患者的治疗效果对比显示,两者差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论短程督导化疗对治疗肺结核疗效好,可以在保证患者不住院的前提下,使患者按时、按规定用药、检查,不仅能有效控制结核病的传播,还能保证疾病治愈率,对城乡居民具有相似的结果,值得推广、落实。Objective To study the significance of directly observed treatment and short course chemotherapy（DOTS）for tuberculosis（TB） treatment promotion, and discuss whether there is difference of DOTS to the urban or rural patients＇ disease treatment promotion. Methods 1 430 cases of TB patients in the region from 2010 to 2013 were included in the DOTS system, and these patients were taken as the study objects, given strict DOTS, then their treatment effects were observed. Results In the 1 430 cases of patients, a total of 1 425 cases completed the regular treatment, accounting for 99.7%（1 425/1 430）. After the regular treatment, 1 318 patients were cured, accounting for 92.5%, improved 105 cases, accounting for 7.4%, and the remaining 2 patients were ineffective, accounting for 0.1%. The comparison of urban patients and rural patients＇ treatment effects, there were no high significant difference, without statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion DOTS is a effective therapy for tuberculosis, which can ensure patients who do not reside in the hospital require medication and check on time. Not only DOTS can effectively control the spread of tuberculosis, but also to ensure the cure rate of the disease. And urban and rural residents have similar results, which was no significant difference..
