摘　　要：介绍了一种Ka波段行波管发射机的技术参数及设计方法,主要叙述了发射机的构成:高压电源、高压隔离组件、控保电路及高频系统,并针对Ka波段发射机在精密跟踪雷达方面的应用,就其小体积、高电压情况下的电源模块化设计,高压绝缘设计作了详细说明。This paper introduces the technical parameters and design method of a Ka-band travelling wave tube （TWT） transmitter, mainly describes the transmitter composing： high voltage （HV） power supply, HV insulated groupware, control and protect circuit,high frequency system, and de- tailedly expounds the power supply modularization design, HV insulation design in condition of small volume and high voltage aiming at the application of Ka band transmitter to precision tracking radar.
