摘　　要：分析了建立雷达目标信息库的研究背景及意义,在各主要国家武器信息收集的前提下,对雷达盲区图、威力图及需要的各项主要参数进行了详细的推导,并基于MatlabGUI进行了雷达目标信息库的软件设计。This paper analyzes the research background and meaning of establishing radar target in- formation library, based on the precondition of weapon information collection of various primary countries, deduces the radar blind area figure, coverage diagram and other required primary parame- ters in detail, performs the software design of radar target information library based on Matlab GUI.
