青贮工艺及青贮饲料在奶牛生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：青贮是提高粗饲料营养价值最常用的饲料,而奶牛日粮中粗饲料的使用一般在50%以上。本文综述了青贮的制作原理、方法、工艺及青贮饲料在奶牛生产中的应用,并展望了其应用发展前景。Silage is a common method for improving the nutritive value of roughage, and the consumption of roughage in dairy cattle diet is more than 50%. The production principle,method,processing technology and the application of silage in dairy farming were summarized as wel as the development prospect was prospected in this article.
