政府解决新疆民生问题的价值取向与职能探析

摘　　要：民生问题与政府职能关系密切。关注民生、重视民生、保障民生、改善民生是政府必须承担的责任。政府的性质决定了其必须以保障和改善民生为己任,政府的职能规定着其必须履行保障和改善民生的职责。The people＇s livelihood has a close relationship with the function of the government. It is an indispensable responsibility for the government to highlight, stress, safeguard and improve the people＇s livelihood. The nature of governroent determines that it must take safeguarding and improving people＇s livelihood as its duty, and the function of government provides that it must perform the duty of safeguarding and improving people＇s wellberag.
