抢抓机遇 乘势而上 跨越发展——教育部直属高校对口帮扶大理学院工作回顾与思考

摘　　要：在西部大开发、中国面向西南开放桥头堡建设和实施扶贫攻坚的背景下,教育部定点联系云南滇西边境山区扶贫攻坚工作,北京大学、清华大学等9所教育部直属高校签署协议对口帮扶和援建大理学院。通过各项工作的开拓,体现大理学院抢抓机遇,主动作为,超前谋划,找准定位,落实协议的精神,乘势而上,跨越发展的气度。Under the background of China Western Development, the construction of Bridgehead that Yunnan opens to the southwest and the implementation of Poverty-relief Program, Ministry of Education builds up a point-to-point connection with the mountainous areas along the border in west Yunnan, in which Peking University, Tsinghua University and other nine Subordinate Universities of Ministry of Education sign the contract to assist Dali University in counterpart. Through the launching of the related works, it shows the spirit of Dali University of seizing the opportunity, acting on its own initiative, planning in advance, finding its right position and putting the agreement in practice, and its presence of taking advantages and pushing the spanning development.
