摘　　要：现场访问是公安机关侦查人员在现场勘查过程中,为了尽可能查明犯罪现场全部情况,发现收集犯罪线索和相关证据,依法通过言语交流的方式,对犯罪现场周围及附近区域了解案件情况的证人、被害人和其他知情人进行寻访、询问、收集有关案件材料或线索的一项专门调查活动。现场访问可以为侦查人员提供相关案件线索;为顺利地开展现场勘验提供必要条件;为划定现场勘验范围和重点提供依据;为侦查人员分析研究案情提供依据。通过现场访问可以还原和折射案件真相,也是案情分析、获取证据的必要前提。On-site visit is a special survey activity conducted by public security investigators in accordance with the law via verbal communication to search, enquire for and collect materials or clues from witnesses, victims, and other insiders around and near the crime scene in order to ascertain the crime scene and collect clues and related evidence. On-site visit can provide clues for investigation personnel, necessary conditions for smooth investigation, basis for the delineation and focus of the scope and basis for the investigators to analyze and study the case. On-site visit can restore and refract facts of the case, and it is a necessary prerequisite for case analysis and evidence obtaining.
