摘　　要：血栓闭塞性脉管炎是一种以中、小动脉阶段性,非化脓性炎症和动脉腔内血栓形成为特征的慢性闭塞性疾病,坏死期的血栓闭塞性脉管炎,症状特别严重,患肢趾(指)端发黑、坏疽、溃疡形成,疼痛剧烈。此期动脉完全闭塞,侧支循环不能保证趾(指)存活。本人自拟通脉解毒汤治疗该病,对溃疡形成者进行中药换药包扎处理,能免除患者截肢的痛苦,减少治疗费用,患者特别满意。Thromboangiitis obliterans is a small, in stages, non suppurative inflammation and arterial thrombosis has the characters of chronic occlusive disease, necrosis thromboangiitis obliterans, severe symptoms, limb toe （referring to） end blackening, gangrene, ulceration, pain. The artery occlusion, collateral circulation can not guarantee the toe （referring to） survival. I am self Tongmai Decoction in treating the disease, the ulcer formation of Chinese medicine dressing bandaging treatment, can be exempted from amputation pain, reduce the cost of treatment, patients are particularly satisfactory.
