摘　　要：目的:通过在荷瘤小鼠进行被动皮肤过敏试验,研究参麦注射液在荷瘤小鼠的过敏情况。方法:按照《中药、天然药物免疫毒性(过敏性、光过敏反应)研究的技术指导原则》设计,对不同剂量的参麦注射液进行被动皮肤过敏试验。结果:阳性组及低剂量组均出现1例阳性蓝斑,高剂量组、低剂量组及阴性组过敏反应阳性率无明显差异;高剂量组及低剂量组IgE均明显高于阴性组,但高剂量组与低剂量组之间IgE无统计学差异。结论:参麦注射液在荷瘤小鼠中的安全性较好,其过敏反应的发生可能与个体差异有关。Objective： To study the hypersusceptibility of Shenmai injections in tumor-bearing mice by passive cutaneous anaphylaxis（PCA）.Method： The PCA tests were carried out according to the Chinese traditional medicine,natral medicine immunity toxicity study techincal directed principle.Result： 1 cases of locus coeruleus appeared in Positive group and low dose group.No significant differences in the positive rate of allergic reaction in high dose group, low dose group and negative group. The IgE of High dose group or low dose group was significantly higher than that of negative group.but there was no significant difference in IgE between the high dose group and low dose group.Conclusion： Shenmai injection in tumor-bearing mice appeared the good safety, and may be it was related to individual differences in the allergic reaction
