摘　　要：空巢家庭的本质特征是子女的"缺位"。改革开放以来的快速城镇化是我国农村空巢老人激增的重要原因,同时以人为核心的新型城镇化为农村空巢老人权益保障提供了新视角。以人为核心的新型城镇化发展应当为各年龄阶段群体流迁入城镇创造公平的制度环境和包容的文化环境。因此,在城镇化视角审视下,替代策略和流动策略是当前农村空巢老人权益保障的必要选择。The essential feature of an empty nest family is that the adult children have left their parents .The rise of empty nest elderly in rural areas is the inevitable outcome of the development of human society .Human-centered urbanization provides a new perspective for protecting the rights and interests of rural empty nest elderly .Human-centered urbanization is the coordinated development of land urbanization and population urbanization , in addition Human-centered urbanization should provide equitable system for migrant in all ages . The study puts forward the following recommendations as follows：alternative strategy and flow strategy .
