摘　　要：流通产业有自身运行的轨迹和范围,这要求我们有必要界定其分析边界,并对其作出相应的理论定位。西方经济学将流通产业纳入一般产业组织理论的学术处理,使流通产业缺乏相对独立的理论;中国学者对流通产业的分析和研究,在很大程度上受流通产业分析边界及其理论定位模糊不清的影响。本文在基础理论层面上分析了流通产业运行中的制度、主体和行为;通过对流通厂商经营的产业关联链等的研究,界定了流通产业的分析边界;结合我国流通产业投资经营,对流通产业竞争和垄断的一般格局进行了描述;最后,提出了建构流通市场组织理论一般分析框架的设想,并以之作为流通产业的理论定位。The circulation industry has its own moving track and scope;so we have to identify the analysis border andtheoretical positioning. Western scholars of economics treat circulation industry with normal industrial organizational theory,which led to the lack of independent theory in carrying out analysis on circulation industry;in analyzing and carrying out researchon circulation industry,Chinese scholars are affected by the ambiguous border and theoretical positioning of analysis oncirculation industry. Can we identify the action space of circulation industry and the main players by analyzing such actions asinvestment and operation of circulation businesses？ Can we put forward the theoretical explanation of the organizational form ofthe circulation industry,which is different from that of the primary and secondary industry,in terms of competition andmonopoly？ The author analyzes the system,main players and action in the operation of circulation industry from the basictheoretical level;and then the author identify the border of analysis on circulation industry;the author also describes the currentsituation of competition and monopoly in circulation industry;finally,the author put forward the analysis frame of constructingthe organization theory of circulation market and takes this as the theoretical positioning of circulation industry. This research canbe viewed as the trial of transforming the theory of circulation industry to the comparative independent theory.
