农民专业合作社与超市对接的利益博弈分析——基于利益相关者视角

摘　　要：农超对接研究不能仅仅只考虑农民专业合作社与超市这两个博弈主体,还必须考虑与二者密切相关的农户、消费者和政府等相关利益者对于博弈主体决策的影响这一实际问题。本文在对农超对接的主要利益相关者进行分析的基础上,以产品批发价和资金结算作为农民专业合作社与超市双方博弈的聚焦点,通过建立模型对农超双方的利益博弈进行深入分析,并考虑政府扶持对农超双方博弈和各自最优决策的影响,进而提出推进农超对接健康可持续发展的针对性建议。The research of farmer professional cooperatives and supermarkets docking should consider not only farmer professional cooperatives and supermarkets,but also the stakeholders who can influence the decisions of the farmer cooperatives and supermarkets,for example,farmer members,consumers and government. Based on the analysis of related stakeholders,this paper focuses on the product wholesale and fund settlement in the game of farmer professional cooperatives and supermarkets,then establishes a model to analyze the interests of farmer professional cooperatives and supermarkets,and how government support impacts on the decisions of farmer professional cooperatives and supermarkets. At last,the paper presents some pertinent suggestions to propel the sustainable development of farmer professional cooperatives and supermarkets docking.
