摘　　要：论文探讨的中心主题是农民专业合作社发展的社会机制问题,即在现有的行政体制框架下,地方社会是如何影响合作组织及合作制度创新与变迁的内生过程,决定新型农民专业合作社的制度安排、发展逻辑与实践成效的。为此,研究通过"行政结构"框架的构建,引入综合性的"嵌入观",分析了双二元的农村劳动力市场结构、分化的农村社会阶层结构、分立的宗族派系势力结构,以及人格化运作的行政力量对合作社发展的影响机制,指出农民专业合作社是嵌入特定的社会场域中,受多种社会性因素的影响和制约,其发展遵循着一定的社会逻辑,现阶段合作社发展的复杂局面受到了"四重嵌入"机制的影响,具有客观的必然性和阶段的合理性。This paper mainly explores the social mechanism under which the specialized farmers cooperatives have evolved. That is,under the existing administrative institutional framework,how the local community affects the endogenous process of cooperative organizations as well as the innovation and vicissitude of cooperative system.Besides,how it influences the institutional arrangements,developmental logic and the practical effect of the new farmers' specialized cooperatives. Therefore,according to the construction of administration-structure system,the author brings in the comprehensively embedded idea. The paper not only analyzes the binary rural labor market structure,the separate rural social stratum structure and the discrete clan factions structure,but also assesses the influence mechanism in which the administrative power of anthropomorphic operations acts on the development of cooperatives. This study indicates that farmers' specialized cooperatives are embedded in particular social field,where various social factors influence and restrict them. Their development follows the certain social logic. At current stage,the development of cooperatives is in a complicated situation,which is the inevitable outcome of its embedded development,which possesses the objective necessity and periodical rationality,in terms of the further development of farmers' specialized cooperatives.
