摘  要:余吾煤业S2206工作面进风巷处于高地应力条件下的松软煤层中,巷道围岩极易发生变形破坏,为了能够控制巷道围岩的稳定,保证巷道掘进工作的安全顺利进行,通过利用通用离散单元法程序UDEC计算分析巷道围岩的变形破坏特征,最终研究得出适用于软岩煤巷的支护对策和支护方案,并进行了现场实施和效果监测。数值计算结果表明:巷道围岩局部"关键块体"的垮落或滑移,将导致其他部位失稳。现场监测结果表明:采用该支护方案后,巷道围岩变形量在可控范围内,能够保证巷道的长期稳定。The air intake of S2206 working face in Yuwu Mine is located in the soft coal seam with high strata stress, the roadway surrounding rock is easily deformed and fractured. In order to control the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and ensure the safe and smooth driving of the roadway, the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway were analyzed by using the universal distinct element code ( UDEC) , and the support countermeasures and scheme suitable for the roadway in the soft rock and coal seam were finally obtained, in addition, the site implementation and effect monitoring were carried out. The numerical calculation results showed that the caving or slip of local“key block” of the roadway surrounding rock would cause the instability of other parts of the roadway. The site monitoring results indicated that after adopting this support scheme, the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock was in the controllable range and it can ensure the long-term stability of the roadway.
