摘　　要：介绍美国糖尿病专科护理发展历史、培训认证体系和工作模式,指出美国作为专科护理发展最为先进的国家,已经形成了完善的糖尿病专科护理培训和认证制度。我国应结合国情,借鉴美国成功的经验,加强对于学术权威系统的建立和明确其在糖尿病专科护士发展中的职能,同时在概念的明确、培训模式、资格审核认证体系、护士职能角色上进一步明确和完善。It introduced the history of American Diabetes specialist care, training and certification system and operating modes.It pointed out that the USA as the most advanced countries with development of specialist care has formed a complete diabetes specialist nursing training and certifi-cation system.China should combine national conditions, learn from suc-cessful experiences of the United States and strengthen its functions for establishing and clear the diabetes specialist nurse (DSN)in the develop-ment of academic authority system, while further clarify and improve.a clear concept, training mode, qualification certification system and nurses functional roles.
