摘　　要：通过文献资料研究、录相测试和数理统计方法，对女排世界强队在四局比赛中外部负荷的测量，提示了各专位在比赛中负荷形式、规律及内容上的共性特征和个性特征，从而得出各专位在四局比赛中外部负荷的模式，为今后的训练在负荷形式、内容安排及区别对待上提供参考依据。The external load of different positions in four sets of world-level women volleyball competitions were tested based on documentation study, videotesting amd statistical analysis, which have revealed the general and specific characters of the forms, patterns, and contents of load for different positions in competitions, A model for the external load of different positions in the four sets matches were then established which have provided references for future training in forms and contents of load arrangement as well as in individual treatment of different cases.
