摘 要:提出生物活性炭反应器,即以间歇滤料清洗模式运行活性砂过滤器,内装颗粒活性炭滤料,采用生活污水对该反应器进行自然挂膜启动,研究水力负荷依次为0.56、1.12、2.53 m3/(m^2·d)时,反应器对COD、氨氮、TP、浊度、色度的去除效果。试验结果表明:经过26 d连续进水,挂膜成功;在水力负荷为2.53 m3/(m^2·d)时,生物活性炭反应器对COD、浊度及色度有较好的去除效果,去除率分别达54%~61%、55%~76%、71%~86%,但对氨氮、TP去除效果不佳。生物活性炭反应器以间歇清洗模式进行,与传统连续清洗模式的活性砂过滤器相比,高效节能,是一种适应乡镇污水处理的新途径,为其厌氧挂膜及应用推广提供理论依据。An active carbon biofilter in intermittent filter material-washing mode on the base of active sand fil-ter,loaded with granular activated carbon as media for natural biofilm formation,was proposed in this paper. The start-up process of this active sand filter was investigated with domestic wastewater under the conditions of different hydraulic loading,0.56 m3/(m2 ·d),1.12 m3/(m2 ·d)and 2.53 m3/(m2 ·d),respectively. And the removals of COD,NH3-N,TP,turbidity and chroma were studied.The experimental results showed that active carbon biofilter could remove COD,turbidity,chroma effectively after 26 d of start-up successfully. The removal rates under the stable operation were 54%-61%,55%-76% and 71%-86%,respectively. But the removal efficiency of NH3-N and TP is not so gool as expected.The test results provide a theoretical ba-sis of active carbon biofilter for the operation of anaerobic start-up and the project practice.Compared with ac-tive sand filter in traditional filter material-washing mode,the active carbon biofilter has an obvious advantage with high-efficiency and energy-saving.
