区域产业结构升级的影响因素研究——基于河南省地市级面板数据的分析

摘　　要：采用1990-2012年河南省各个地市的面板数据建立模型,分析影响河南省产业结构升级的因素。实证研究发现:投资和政府规模等传统因素仍然主导着产业结构升级的进程,而新兴因素和先进因素的影响力有限。采用生产函数法分析河南省三次产业的投资产出效率发现:第三产业的产出效率低于第二产业。最后提出促进河南省产业结构升级的政策建议。This paper analyzes the factors that affects the upgrading of industrial structure in Henan Province based on 1990-2012 panel data model, and the data are collected from 19 Perfectures. The empirical study shows that traditional factors such as scale of investment and government still dominated the process while the influence of emerging and advanced factors is limited. The production function method is used to analyze the output efficiency of three industry investment of Henan, and the result shows that the output efficiency of the third industry is lower than the second industry. Some upgrading of industrial structure in Henan province in the policy suggestions are put forward to promote the end.
