摘　　要：两岸关系发展30多年的历史充分显示,两岸文化交流合作已经成为新时期中华文化传承、弘扬和创新的连结点,是沟通两岸民众心灵、观念的桥梁,维系两岸同胞亲情的重要纽带,推动两岸关系和平发展巩固和深化和平统一进程的强大力量。充分认识文化往来在两岸关系、两岸交流中的特殊作用,是推进两岸文化交流进程、提升两岸文化交流层次和实现文化交流目标的前提。The history of the development of the cross-strait relations for more than 30 years fully displays that the cross-strait cultural exchanges and cooperation have become a new connection of Chinese cultural heritage, development and innovation during the new period. It is a bridge which communicates the minds of the people on both sides. It is an important link of the compatriots and a powerful force of promoting cross-strait relations and peaceful development on both sides. To fully understand the special role of cultural exchanges in the relations across the Taiwan Straits is the premise to improve cross-strait cultural exchanges, to promote the process level of cross-strait cultural exchange and to realize the goal of cultural exchanges.
