摘　　要：自从公共选择理论产生以来,其利用经济学方法研究政治问题,拓展了经济学研究的新领域,使人们对政治决策有了新认识,其影响也越来越大。梳理西方公共选择理论的渊源,简要评析其方法论的个人主义、经济人假设和交换模式三个主要因素,探讨其对我国政府改革等方面的借鉴意义是十分必要的。Since the theory of public choice has been produced,it uses economics methods to the research on political issues,which expanding the new field of economic study,we can have a new understanding on political decision,and the influence of public choice theory is increasing. Based on the origin of public choice theory are introduced,the author reviews the individualism methodology,the hypothesis of economic man and the exchange mode,which are the three main factors of public choice theory. finally,the author analyses the significance of public choice theory to our government reform.
