摘　　要：由于城乡二元结构的影响,我国农村残疾人群体呈现双重弱势性。在就业社会支持方面,该群体呈现出正式支持主体缺位、支持内容的匮乏与非契合以及支持方式行政性、非专业性的问题。在深化改革与体制创新的背景下,应构建起以政府为主导,家庭为基础,社会组织与社区力量积极参与和介入,通过政府购买、社会组织承接、多主体传达的方式提供就业能力提升、就业资源整合和就业心理支持等就业服务的农村残疾人就业社会支持体系。Owing to the influence of two-structures in urban and rural areas,China＇s rural disabled group has double weakness in employment.In the aspect of social support,the group presents prob-lems,which formal support body is vacant,support content is insufficient and mismatched,and support way is administrative and non-professional.In the background of deepening reform and institutional in-novation,it should establish the employment social support system for the Rural Disabled,which guided by the government,based on the family,needed social organizations and the forces from com-munity to actively participate in and intervene,purchased by the government,undertook by the social organization,and provided employment services,such as employment capability,integration of employ-ment resources and employment psychological support,through the way of multi-agents supported.
