我国软件业对区域经济发展的影响差异分析

摘　　要：软件业发展不仅能带动新兴产业的发展,还可以推动传统产业的改造与升级,已经成为推动国家经济建设、科技进步和社会发展的战略性产业。从产业发展区域布局上看,我国软件产业呈现出分散的格局。基于东部、中部和西部29个省市的面板数据,分析了软件业发展与经济增长之间的关系,回归分析结果表明,东、中、西部软件业发展与经济发展之间存在显著正相关且存在差异,我国东部软件业对经济增长的促进作用最大,西部次之,而中部的促进作用最小。因此,对信息产业进行优化转型,不断向传统产业进行渗透,在人才培养、信息化环境方面加大政策扶持力度,是实现信息化和工业化融合的必经之路。The development of software industry can not only be able to drive the development of new industries,but also can promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,which has become each country＇s strategic industries about economic construction,scientific and technological progress and social development.From the point of view of the industrial development＇s regional distri-bution,China＇s software industry has shown a scattered pattern.Based on the 29 provinces panel data from eastern,central and western,analyze the relationship between the software industry development and economic growth.Regression analysis shows that a significant positive correlation exists between the economic development and the software industry of eastern,central and western,which has some differences.In eastern China,the software industry＇s role in promoting economic growth is the largest, followed by the West,and the central role in promoting is the minimum.Research shows that we must optimize the information industry,and continue to infiltrate it to traditional industries,propose sup-porting policy in personnel training and information technology environment,which is the only way to merge information technology and industrialization.
