摘　　要：党的十八大强调要积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,其关键在于要大力提升人们对社会主义核心价值观的认同。目前我国的社会主义核心价值观认同建设未能足够重视"人的需要"维度,难以应对市场经济体制下多元需要格局的冲击和挑战。因此,在加强思想教育和文化宣传的同时,要以马克思主义需要理论为指导,夯实社会主义核心价值观认同的现实根基,以引导和满足广大人民群众日益丰富的多层次需要为主线,把社会主义核心价值观认同建设融入到中国特色社会主义建设"五位一体"的总布局中,促使社会主义核心价值观被广泛接受和认可,并内化为人们日常生活的行为准则与自觉奉行的信念理念,充分发挥其引领社会思潮、凝聚价值共识的强大功能。The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put a full emphasis on the objective need to actively foster and practice core socialist values, with a ultimate goal to enhance dramatically the ability of citizens to identify with core socialist values. At the present, the attempt to build a widely accepted system of core socialist values failed to pay sufficient attention to the dimensions of ＂human needs＂, meeting difficulty in confronting with the impact and challenges of a diverse pattern of needs which originates from a market economy environment. Therefore, while strengthening ideological education and cultural propaganda under the guidance of Marx＇s theory of needs, we need to consolidate a real basis to allow for effective recognition of core socialist values. First place should be given to the effort to channel and fulfill the various layers of increasingly abundant needs emerging from the broad masses of the people. The building of a consensus about core socialist values should also be integrated within the ＂Five in One＂ general layout in the construction of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. In order for core socialist values to be widely accepted, recognized and eventually internalized as a consciously pursued belief concept and a guiding principle of daily life, its powerful quality as a leading social thought and a cohesive consensus of beliefs should be given full play.
