论中国共产党的政治价值观及其与社会主义核心价值观的同质性

摘　　要：以马克思主义为指导的中国共产党,在长期的中国革命、建设和改革过程中,形成了风格显著的政治价值观。平等、自由、民主、发展、法治等观念共同构成了中国共产党政治价值观体系的核心内容。中国共产党政治价值观的鲜明特征,一是在政治价值排序上把"发展"放在优先位置;二是在政治价值构建上以全心全意为人民服务为根本目标信念;三是在政治价值实现上对政治权力的作用持积极态度。中国共产党的政治价值观与社会主义核心价值观具有先进性和民族性等共同特质。它们的同质,源于共同的思想渊源、实践基础和本质规定性。With the guidance of Marxism, the Communist Party of China（CPC） has developed prominent styles of the political values during the long time of Chinese revolution, construction and reform. Equality, freedom, democracy, development, the rule of law etc. constitute the core content of political values system of the CPC. The political values of the CPC have distinctive features,firstly puts ＂Development＂ on the prior position in the political values ordering. Secondly takes the serving the people whole-heartedly as fundamental goal and belief on the political value construction. Thirdly holds a positive attitude to the effects of political power on the political values realization. The political values of the CPC and the core socialist values have common traits such as advancement and nationality. Their homogeneity is originated from the common ideological origins,the common practical foundation and the common essential stipulation.
