摘　　要：主要采用访谈法和问卷调查法,运用系统工具SWOT方法深入探析了广东省高校开展软式排球教学的优势、弱点、机会与外部威胁,并提出了相应的未来发展对策,旨在推动软式排球运动在广东省高校的发展与普及,有效解决普通高校女大学生体育锻炼的困境,不断满足当代大学生多元化需求,促进广东省排球运动的复兴。By the methods of experts interview and questionnaire, the article analyzed deeply the strengths, weaknesses, oppor- tunities and threats of soft volleyball sports in Guangdong universities based on SWOT analysis, and put forwards the corre- sponding development countermeasures in future, in order to improve the development and popularization of soft volleyball sports in Guangdong universities, effectively solve the exercise predicament of college female students, constantly meet the multiplication demand of contemporary college students, and promote the revival of volleyball in Guangdong province.
