摘　　要：针对目前区域高校图书馆联合体资源共建过程中存在的问题,论文设计了一个可广泛应用于区域高校图书馆联合体的数字资源共建平台。平台分为基础层、服务层和门户层,包括信息发布、资源评价、资源推荐、资源采购、商务谈判、统计查询、评估报告七大模块,它打破成员馆、供货商、读者之间的信息壁垒,使彼此之间的交流变得顺畅。此外,文中还提出了平台管理、运行、评估以及建设值得注意的问题。According to the existing problems in the process of the regional university library resources consortium building,this paper designs a platform which can be widely used in regional university library consortium for digital resources co-construction. The platform is divided into the basic layer, service layer and portal layer, including information release,resource evaluation, resource recommendation, resource acquisition, negotiation, statistics and query, evaluation report of seven modules, which breaking the information barriers between members, suppliers and readers, and making the communication between each other smoothly. In addition, it also puts forward the noteworthy problems, such as the platform management, operation, evaluation and construction.
