摘　　要：发展社会主义协商民主已经成为中国民主政治建设和国家治理改革的重要内容。参政党不仅是社会主义协商民主的直接参与者,更是社会主义协商民主的推动者和完善者。参政党在发展社会主义协商民主中发挥作用的途径,首先在于努力为社会主义协商民主的开展创造良好的条件;其次在于推动社会主义协商民主制度化建设;再次是加强自身建设,提高发展社会主义协商民主的能力。Developing socialist consultative democracy has become an important part of the construction of democratic politics and the national governance reform in China. The participating parties are not only directly involved in, but also facilitate and improve the socialist consultative democracy. In developing socialist consultative democracy, the participating parties are playing their roles by trying to create favorable conditions, facilitating the systematic construction of socialist consultative democracy, and strengthening self construction to improve their ability of developing socialist consultative democracy.
