摘　　要：开放式创新能广泛吸收企业内外部创新资源,加速企业技术创新进程,提升企业核心竞争力。在深入研究开放式创新理论,并对国内外开放式创新现状和问题进行广泛调研的基础上,揭示影响企业开放式创新社区网络创新绩效的内部因素,通过问卷调查,运用适合度景观理论和NK模型,对各因素的相互作用及其对开放式创新社区网络创新绩效的影响进行实证研究。结果显示,在一定的内部条件下,内部影响因素的有效组合配置,能使企业获得较好的开放式创新绩效,为企业进一步有效实施开放式创新奠定基础。Open innovation can widely absorbs the innovation of the enterprise internal and external resources, accelerating the pace of enterprise technology innovation, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the full study of open innovation theory, on the basis of extensive research of the status and problems of open innovation at home and a- broad, find the internal factors that influence the innovation performance in enterprise community network of open innova- tion, and through the questionnaire investigation, applying fitness landscape theory and NK model, study the interaction of various factors and their influence on the innovation performance of community network of open innovation. Find in cer- tain internal conditions, the effective combination of its internal factors, can make open innovation performance much bet- ter, and lay the foundation for further effective implementation of open innovation.
