摘 要:1933年底《新徐日报》对贾汪矿区塌陷纠纷案的报道,引发一场全国新闻风波,且在作为史料流传过程中备受青睐。考证后发现,该报道提供的主要数据和情节均偏离事实,但其研究价值并未因此降低。"报道"既是一种传统的问题化技术,也是矿区乡村文化逻辑的表现。为提供抗争行动的道德合法性理据,乡村在建构表达文本的过程中运用了诉苦文化中的叙事技巧,并借助基于民本思想的民粹话语和家族本位的道德话语,将一场普通的矿区经济纠纷转化为"道德圣战"。At the end of 1933, "New Xuzhou Daily" reported a confliction happened in Jiawang mine, which immediately became a widespread controversy. But the text was seriously inconsistence with the facts after our textural research. Nevertheless, its value is not reduced as a historical text. The news reported is not just an artifice according which the issue was transformed into a problem, but also a production of the logic of local culture. In order to enhance the legitimacy of the protest action, the villagers constructed a text by means of arousing sympathy among its audience. Furthermore, the populist discourse and moral discourse to which they appealed provided legitimacy for them. Finally, a normal economic confliction transformed into a "moral crusade".
