组织知识整合效率均值和波动性的意义及其前因研究

摘　　要：在Grant经典评价方法基础上延展出知识整合效率的平均值和波动性维度,阐述这两个指标在不同外界环境下对于企业的不同意义。将人力资本理论与社会资本理论引入到组织资源的分析中,揭示出组织内部知识资源、关系资源、结构资源的整体值及分布特征对于组织知识整合效率均值和波动性的差异影响作用。This paper brings forward the two dimensions of the mean and the variance of the organization＇s knowledge-integration efficiency based on the effect evaluation principles of researcher Grant, and then analyzes the significance that the former two indicators mean to the corporations in the different environment. This paper also explains the different effect of the knowledge resources, the relationship resources, the structural resources in the organization on the mean and the variance of the organization＇s knowledge-integration efficiency by incorporating the human capital theory and the social capital theory into the analysis.
