摘　　要：通过分析跨地区技术转移绩效影响因素,将技术转移与凯尼尔斯知识溢出模型结合,完善模型中相关系数的科学解释,并运用该模型分析了被转移技术特性和技术转移方式对我国各地区之间技术转移绩效的影响程度。结合社会网络分析理论,研究了我国跨地区技术转移重要地区和4种技术转移方式的特点及其所对应的关键路径,为我国技术转移路径选择提供政策建议。By analyzing the factors that affect the performance of regional technology transfer and combining technology transfer with caniels knowledge spillover model, this article increased the scientific explanation of the correlation coefficient in the model and analyzed transferred technology characteristics and technology transfer method impact on the performance of technology transfer between regions of China.
