基于云创新的企业低碳技术创新模式实证研究

摘　　要：云创新作为一种群智性创新模式,其社会性与开放性、低成本与高效率、边界模糊与价值多元等特征为解决我国企业低碳技术创新基础薄弱、国际贸易垄断等问题提供了新路径。在分析企业内部云要素、外部云参与主体与企业低碳技术创新间关系的基础上,引入云创新理念构建企业低碳技术创新模式,并利用低碳上市公司数据检验内外部云对企业低碳技术创新能力的作用机理。结果表明,内部云及外部云要素均对提升企业低碳研发能力、创新资源投入有积极作用,其中内部云要素的影响程度较之外部云更为明显;而在外部云要素中,区域低碳创新环境、金融环境的影响效果优于政府政策引导。Cloud innovation as a group intellect innovation model, has social and openness, low cost and high efficiency,fuzzy boundaries and multi value characteristics, which provides a new path to address the problems of Chinese enterprises narrow base and international trade monopoly in low carbon technology innovation process. Based on the analysis of the mechanism and relationship among internal cloud elements, external cloud players and low carbon technology innovation capability, the paper introduces cloud innovation idea to build low carbon technology innovation model. According to empirical tests by low carbon listing Corporation data, the results show that the internal cloud elements and external cloud players have positive influence on enterprise low carbon R^D capability and innovation resource inputs, where the internal cloud has the better effect.
