摘 要:民间文化是最具民族特性也是最具文化差异性的文化品类,正是这种民族性和差异性最容易引起关注。但是一味主张文化"绝对性""原汁原味"地对外传播,对"国家公关时代"的国家形象建构而言是不现实的。传播者在选择传播內容和方式时要有所取舍、提升和创新,注重对世界文化共性的展示和文化差异性的改造,注重用现代元素展示传统文化主题。这种文化调试应该成为中国民间文化对外传播,树立中国良好形象的可行性办法。Folk culture is a category which is the most characteristic and the most different.It is the national differences that is likely to cause concern.While for a country which is in the era of image-duilding in the world,the advocation of keeping 'purity' seems unpractical and absurd.The disseminator has to do various choices,promotion and creation in choosing the contents and the means of dissemination.Attaching great importance to the show of the world cultural similarities,to the reform on cultural differences and infusion of modern elements into traditional themes might be the feasible strategy for China to establish its good image in the world.
