摘　　要：在分析软件外包企业的技术成长模式的基础上,运用演化博弈理论,构建了同质企业技术成长模式选择的复制者动态模型,分析了其技术成长模式选择的动态演化过程。得出结论:企业的技术成长模式选择与其收益密切相关,且受行业内其他企业选择的影响。据此针对企业技术成长策略的选择提出建议。On the basis of the analysis on the technological growth mode of software outsourcing enterprise,this paper establishes a replicated dynamic model for the choice of technological growth mode of homogeneous enterprise, and analyzes the dynamic evolution process of this choice. The results show that the choice of technological growth mode is not only affected by other enterprises choices,but also is closely related to its benefit. Finally,it gives some suggestions for the technological development of software outsourcing enterprise.
