摘　　要：通过分析黑龙江省森工林区政府职能定位的现状和存在问题,阐述国有林区政府职能定位的指导思想和原则,从国家森林资源的管护者、森工企业发展的扶持者、林区社会民生的保障者三方面对黑龙江省森工林区政府进行职能定位,提出黑龙江省森工林区政府正确履行职能的保障措施。This paper points out the guiding ideology and the principle of function orientation in the state-owned forest region by analyzing the current status and issues of governmental function orientation in Heilongjiang forestry industry region. Then this paper summarizes the function orientation of Heilongjiang industry forest region from three aspects which are the manager of national forest resources, the helper of forest industry development and the guarantor of forest community and people＇ s livelihood. At the end of the paper, it concludes the assurance mea- sures of carrying out their functions correctly in Heilongjiang forest industry region.
