摘　　要：运用产业区位商法、劳动力区位商法、产业集聚指数等衡量产业集聚水平的指标，对2001-2010年黑龙江省林产品加工产业的集聚现状进行实证分析。测算结果显示：黑龙江省林产品加工产业的集聚水平呈现出明显的阶段性特征，2007年后集聚水平趋于下降。建议继续深化第二产业结构调整，加快延伸林产加工产业链，改善黑龙江省林产品加工业散而不聚的现状，以产业集群优势推动林业产业的发展。The paper makes an empirical analysis of the status quo of the gathering of forest products processing in- dustry, of Heilongiiang Province in 2001-2010, with industrial location commercial law, labor location commer- cial law, industrial agglomeration index. The estimation results shows that the concentration level of the forest prod- ucts processing industry in Heilongjiang Province is showing a significant stage characteristics, and the agglomera- tion levels tend to decline after 2007. In order to promote the development of the forestry industry to the advantag- es of industrial clusters, it is necessary to continue to deepen the second adjustment of industrial structure, to acceler- ate the extension of forest product processing industry chain, to improve the status of forest products processing in- dustry in Heilongjiang Province.
