摘　　要：近年来,影子银行规模超常规迅猛增长,部分地区影子银行体系融资比例过高,融资需求较为强烈,债务集中到期偿还压力增大,违约风险上升。为此,本文提出了相关应对策略。In recent years,the scale of the Chinese shadow banking has witnessed an extraordinary rapid growth and the financing ratio of the shadow banking system in some areas is too high.In addition,the financing needs are more intense,the risk of default of the repayment pressure arising from the concentrated due debt is increasing.To solve all these problems,this paper provides some relevant countermeasures.
