摘　　要：随着知识经济蓬勃发展,知识产权与区域经济合作的联系越来越密切。虽然两岸签署了《海峡两岸知识产权保护合作协议》,但该协议只是框架性协议,在具体操作上仍存在许多制度上、法律上的障碍。因而,在有条件的地区先行先试是其客观需要。闽台两地可在知识产权创造、执法及司法协作方面先行先试,率先突破。The link between intellectual property rights and regional economic cooperation is becoming more and more closer.Although the two sides of the Taiwan Straits have signed a cooperation agreement of intellectual property rights protection,the agreement is still a framework and there still exist plenty of institutional,legal obstacles.Therefore,Fujian and Taiwan may perform trial implementation of the innovation on intellectual property rights,law enforcement and judicial cooperation.
