摘　　要：国际货运代理业是宁波对外贸易和港口发展不可或缺的重要环节。然而,近年来由于受外部环境如全球经济放缓、人民币升值、企业经营成本上升等导致的外贸出口锐减的影响以及企业自身发展历程中的特性的束缚,宁波国际货运代理企业尤其是中小民营货代企业生存状况堪忧。因此,有关政府部门必须对当前货运代理行业的发展状况给予高度重视,从体制和机制变革、功能整合和创新及职业素养培育方面给予支撑,引领宁波国际货运代理行业向专业化、规模化、全球化方向发展,以此提高其国际竞争能力力。International freight forwarding industry is an indispensable part of Ningbo foreign trade and port development. However, in recent years, due to the influence of external environment and bondage of its development characteristics, many internation- al freight forwarding companies in Ningbo are faced with the crisis of survival, especially the small and medium private en- terprises. Therefore, in order to improve its international competitiveness, the relevant government departments must pay high attention to the development of the freight forwarding industry, give their support for the reform in system and mecha- nism, integration and innovation of function, and lead the development of the international freight forwarding industry to specialization, scale and globalization.
