第44届体操世锦赛和伦敦奥运会后女子跳马的发展趋势研究

摘　　要：以参加第44届世锦赛和伦敦奥运会女子跳马决赛的选手为对象,对世界女子跳马比赛发展趋势以及中外选手水平进行对比研究。结果表明,世界级跳马高手并没有因为新老交替和适应新规则而降低动作难度,平均为6分以上,获得奖牌选手的动作难度尚有继续提升的空间,选手之间的水平更加接近;两次试跳选用的动作集中在"尤尔琴科转体"和"踺子小翻转体"等两个组别,约占2/3以上,"前手翻"和"侧手翻"两个组别很少,且难度价值不高;美国选手的动作质量堪称世界一流,是跳马金牌的主要竞争者,也是各国选手学习的榜样。我国跳马选手的动作难度已接近世界水平,但完成质量存在较大差距,且动作组别也需更趋多样化。Taking the women＇s horse vaulting finalists at the 44 th World Championships and the London Olympics as the objects of study,this paper analyzed the development trend and the level of the world women＇s horse vaulting competition of the Chinese and foreign players.The results showed that the difficulty of movement world-class horse vaulting did not decrease because of the replacement of the old players with the new ones.The average point was above six.There was space for improvement of medal obtaining players.The levels of the players were close.Two trial jump were mainly＂Yurchenko Twist＂and＂Arab Spring Small Flip Body＂groups,accounting for above two thirds out of there.＂Handspring＂and＂Cartwheel＂groups were seldom used due to its low difficulty.Movement quality of the American players was the best,which enables the players the major vault gold medal competitors to be learnt by players from other countries.The Chinese players＇movement difficulty was close to the world level.There was a big gap in the completion of quality,and action groups needed to be more diversified.
