摘　　要：本文概述了DNA分子技术用于医学蛭类的遗传进化、物种分类、药材鉴定等方面的国内外研究成果,总结了蛭类鉴定中常用的线粒体基因组,分析DNA分子技术在中药动物类药材鉴定上的应用思路。ThisarticlereviewedthedomesticandoverseasreportsabouttheDNA-basedmethods used on Leech research,including genetic evolution,species taxonomy and TCM identification,and so on.summarized the mitochondrial genome which was frequently used on leech research;and analyzed. the DNA-based methods used on identification of animalia TCM.
