摘 要:主要针对高强度钢材及其焊缝连接的疲劳性能进行研究。通过对Q460C母材及其焊缝连接进行的一系列常规轴向拉伸疲劳试验,测出同一类疲劳试件的S-N曲线。试验结果表明,该批次的Q460C母材及焊缝连接的抗疲劳破坏性能对荷载初值较敏感且试验结果离散性较大;200万次循环荷载下Q460C母材及焊缝连接的疲劳强度均大于《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003)公式的计算值;Q460C母材焊缝连接的疲劳强度因焊缝的构造细节不同并没有太大差异。由于钢材的生产及焊接工艺种类较多,仅对该种高强度钢材及焊缝连接的疲劳性能进行了分析和比较,对于其他种类的钢材及焊缝连接的疲劳性能还有待进一步的研究。The fatigue performances of high strength structural steel and its welded connections were studied. Through conventional axial tensile fatigue tests conducted on Q460C and its welded connection members, the S-N curve of the same kind of fatigue members was obtained. The test results show that the initial load has significant influence on tbe fatigue performance of the specimen and the discreteness of test results is obviously large. The fatigue strength of Q460C and the welded connections under 2 million times cyclic loadings is larger than the calculated value through Code for design of steel structurs( GB 50017--2003). The details of welded connections nearly have no effect on the fatigue performance. Since the production and welding process of the steel are various, the fatigue performances of the high strength steel and welded connections were studied only, while more tests need to be conducted to further study for the other steel.
