摘  要:苏州雅戈尔太阳城住宅存在超B级高度超限、扭转不规则,属于特别复杂的高层建筑结构,给结构设计带来了一定困难。结合抗震规范要求,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,对主体结构进行了小震弹性和大震弹塑性抗震分析。分析结果表明,在地震作用下,主体结构具备较好的承载和变形能力。The residential building of Youngor Sun-City in Suzhou is a complex high-rise structure with out-of-code items of over B-level height and torsion irregularity, which brings great difficulties to the structural design. Combined with requirements of seismic design code, elastic analysis under the frequent earthquake and elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake were carried out on the main structure in detail using the performance-based seismic design method. Analysis results show that the main structure has well bearing capacity and deformation ability under the earthquake.
